Six Bedroom Option includes:

• Accommodates up to 16 people
  
• Top two floors (see "Three Bedroom Option" above) plus the bottom floor.
• Adds on a second kitchen
• Adds a second living room with a futon for two people.
• Adds three additional bedrooms: one with king size bed, one with two twins and another with a bunk bed with a Full and Twin.
• Adds two additional bathrooms (one in bedroom with king size bed).
